🕒 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read below to see which scenario applies to your order.

Scenario A: Returns for Subjective Reasons (Changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item doesn't meet your personal expectations)

Option A.1 – Return for a Refund

Send the item back to our return address at your own expense we do not provide any retunt cost because we already provide free shipping.

A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the item's condition

Option A.2 – Keep the Item for a Partial Refund

  • Contact us at support@hightouchshop.com to reach an agreement
  • No return shipping needed — keep the product and receive a partial refund

Scenario B: Returns for Objective Reasons (Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake)

Option B.1 – Replacement

  • We'll send a replacement item at no extra cost to you

Option B.2 – Full Refund

  • Receive a 100% refund (in rare cases, a partial refund may apply)
  • A video showing the damage is required and must be submitted on the day the item is received
  • ⚠️ Delayed video submissions may result in your refund request not being accepted

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hightouchshop.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for the return
  • A clear video (required if the item is defective or incorrect)

⚠️ Do not ship anything back until you have received instructions from our team.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, or before processing begins — whichever comes first
  • If processing has already been completed, a 40% cancellation fee applies
  • Once the order has been handed to a delivery carrier, cancellation is no longer possible

Missing or Stolen Parcels

If our tracking confirms successful delivery to your address, we are not responsible for stolen parcels. Please contact the delivery carrier directly — we will provide all relevant carrier contact information upon request.
