Option A.1 – Return for Refund

Option A.2 – Keep the Item for a Partial Refund

  • Benefit: You keep the product and receive a partial refund without needing to ship it back.

 SCENARIO B: Returns for Objective Reasons

(Damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our mistake)

If your order has a clear error caused by us, you can choose:

Option B.1 – Replacement

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Option B.2 – Full Refund

Receive a 100% refund. (In rare cases, a partial refund may be applied.)
