🚚 Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
    We verify your order, check item quality, and prepare it for dispatch.

  • Shipping Time: 6–12 business days
    Once shipped, delivery is handled by trusted international and local carriers.

Total Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

📦 Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we do our best to assist, we cannot control any shipping delays after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally from various global warehouses based on your location and product availability. Below are estimated shipping times by country:

🕔 Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed the following business day.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notes

  • COVID-19 Delays: Enhanced safety and disinfection measures may cause minor delays.

  • Public Holidays: Shipping times may be extended during national or local holidays.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refused Deliveries: Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are eligible for a 50% refund of the order value (after receipt and inspection).

  • No Express Shipping to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

⏳ Please note:

  • It may take 1–3 business days for the tracking number to become active.

  • If tracking details are delayed, it does not mean your package is lost—courier systems sometimes take time to update.

While we do not control courier operations, we will support you throughout the delivery process.
