Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order or before the order begins processing, whichever occurs first.

Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer wish to keep the item, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?
If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible depending on the processing status.
If the order has already shipped but not yet delivered, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
Cancellation requests are accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
